Use cases

Wherever you need to hear back.

From the week after an event to a standing monthly rhythm, Kinari holds the conversations a small team never has time for, and tells you what came back.

01 · After the event

A seminar ends. The conversation doesn’t.

Two hundred people leave inspired. A month later nobody knows what took root. Kinari writes to every attendee the week after, and again a week later, in their language.

02 · Through a cohort

Week one to week ten, and thirty days after.

Training programs lose people quietly. Kinari checks in through the course and after it, so you know who's mentoring, who's committed, and who's in a hard season.

For leadership programs, mentor training, fellowships.

03 · Across a field network

Hear from every district, not just the ones that report.

One coordinator per region and a team of three at the center. Kinari holds a monthly rhythm with every leader, so the field reaches leadership directly instead of through a roll-up.

For pastor networks, field staff, regional leaders, champions.

04 · Months later

Six months on, ask the same people: what about now?

Surveys go to strangers once. Kinari goes back to the same church leaders at three, six and twelve months, on the channel they already use, and draws the thread through.

For program evaluation, grantee follow-up, distribution partners.

05 · Stories for your board

The story your board needs is already in your network.

Stories arrive as forwarded emails, if at all. Kinari asks for them, gathers them by voice or text, and keeps the real words, with consent, ready for the board deck.

For communications, development, member engagement.

The people who got lost along the way.

Sponsors who funded a trip, donors who gave once, partners you meant to call. Kinari reopens the door personally, and tells you who wants to hear more.

For advancement, sponsorship, alumni, mission trips.
