Does Kinari train AI models on our data?
No. Your conversations, contacts and what Kinari learns from them are never sold and never used to train models.
Can another organization ever see our people?
No. Every organization is isolated from every other, enforced in code and covered by tests. The Claude connector runs as you, inside your own Kinari.
Who decides what goes out?
You do. Kinari runs supervised by default: nothing is sent without your approval, and you choose how much it may handle on its own, campaign by campaign.
Will people know they're talking with an assistant?
Kinari writes as your assistant, in your name, and never pretends to be a person. Anyone can reach a human on your team at any time.
What happens when someone says stop?
It stops on that channel straight away, and you see who opted out. Opt-outs are never quietly dropped.
Can we take our data with us, or delete it?
Yes. Export your people and what Kinari learned at any time. Ask for deletion and everything is removed within 30 days.
Does Kinari listen to our calls or read our inbox?
No. Kinari never joins calls, never records, and never asks for access to your inbox. It works only with what you connect and tell it.
Do you have SOC 2?
Not yet. SOC 2 is on our roadmap. In the meantime we'll walk your IT team through our architecture, our sub-processors and our timeline.
