Terms of Service

Kinari helps organizations communicate personally with their communities over email, WhatsApp, and text message (SMS), with AI-assisted drafting, organizing, and summarizing. Organizations remain responsible for the content of their messages and for having each contact’s consent to be messaged.

Program. Kinari Labs Messaging delivers personal check-ins, relationship updates, and replies from participating organizations to community members who opted in to receive them. Messages are conversational and recurring; message frequency varies by organization and relationship.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that organization’s number. One final message may confirm your opt-out.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled — it is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Organizations may not use Kinari to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content; to message people without consent; to send prohibited content categories (including SHAFT content — sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco — and illegal substances); or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or that put message deliverability at risk for others.

Organizations are responsible for activity under their account and for the accuracy of the contact information they provide. Content organizations upload remains theirs; they grant us the license needed to operate the service on their behalf. We may use de-identified, aggregated usage information to improve the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinari’s aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms by posting the revised version here with a new effective date; continued use is acceptance. Either party may terminate at any time; sections that by their nature survive termination survive. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
