Privacy Policy
Effective August 22, 2026
Kinari Labs, Inc (“Kinari”, “we”, “us”) provides a relationship-communication platform that helps organizations stay personally in touch with their communities over email, WhatsApp, and text message (SMS). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. When an organization signs up, we collect the administrator’s name, email address, organization details, and sign-in credentials (managed by our authentication provider).
Contact information provided by organizations. Organizations using Kinari upload or enter information about the people they communicate with — such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and relationship notes. Organizations are responsible for having each person’s consent before adding them.
Messages and replies. We process the messages organizations send through Kinari and the replies their contacts send back, so conversations can be delivered, organized, and summarized for the organization.
Usage information. Standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) that help us keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
We use information solely to provide and improve the service: delivering messages over the channels an organization has set up, organizing replies into conversations, generating drafts and summaries for the organization (including with the help of AI service providers under contract), preventing abuse, and providing support.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
SMS Consent & Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party.
Phone numbers and SMS consent records are used only to deliver the messages a person agreed to receive from the organization they have a relationship with. A person can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and can get assistance by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
Service providers
We share information only with the service providers needed to run Kinari — message delivery carriers and gateways, email delivery, cloud hosting and databases, authentication, and AI processing — each under agreements limiting their use of the information to providing their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as the organization’s account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect it. Organizations can request deletion of their data, including their contacts’ data, at any time.
Your choices
If an organization holds your information in Kinari, you may contact that organization or us directly to access, correct, or delete it. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe option or reply asking to be removed.
Changes & contact
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date. Questions and requests: robin@kinarilabs.com · Kinari Labs, Inc, 9429 Fuller Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
